Clean, no frills business hotel

Pretty new building and clean rooms on a business oriented hotel. Comfortable bed and great shower. No frills. Check-in was unbearably slow. Parking structure was not planned for larger cars. A bit of confusion at check out - they wanted to charge me even though I had already paid at the booking site.

We enjoyed our stay. The only problem is that it took a solid hour to turn on the jacuzzi jets in the swimming pool after we requested it.

Já ficamos hospedados algumas vezes nesse hotel e temos notado que está decaindo muito, principalmente por falta de manutenção predial e limpeza.Nessa última hospedagem tinha apenas um elevador funcionando, sendo que o hotel estava bem cheio, ou seja, demorava 10/15 minutos para conseguir subir/descer no elevador (muito incômodo) A piscina e vidros da área da piscina não estavam limpos. A temperatura da piscina térmica não estava quentinha. A Sala de jogos estava com os tacos de bilhar quebrados. Os quartos nao possuiam nenhuma decoraçao ou pintura , vc se sente como se estivease em um hoapital. A Cama de casal eram duas camas de solteiro juntas. A diaria de pet é cobrada a parte (55) mas nao oferecem nada para o pet, nao há area pet para passeio. O café da manhã é regular. Alguns pães estavam bem duros. Embaixo da cama estava sujo.
