Pedi na reserva quarto com TV smart, mas não fui novamente atendido. O staff na recepção não é tão gentil quanto o staff do café-da-manhã - esses já me conhecem e nem preciso fazer meu pedido. A cama é confortável, o chuveiro tem ótima pressão. Meu quarto não tinha cofre, nem pedi dessa vez, pois na última vez também não tinha e não fui atendido. O café-da-manhã é razoável, mas os preços cobrados por itens fora do cardápio como tapiocas e omeletes é abusivo.

Hotel muito bem localizado, Shopping Villagio a 3 minutos de caminhada. Muito boa estrutura. O único ponto que deixou um pouco a desejar foi a piscina aquecida, não estava agradável, meu filho de 7 anos não conseguiu ficar muito tempo. Pedimos na recepção e informaram que iriam verificar se era possível aquecer mais. Ótima opção em Caxias, muito bom custo x benefício.

Cama de casal grande porém colchão muito ruim , afunda no meio .Já passou da hora de trocar. Os Travesseiros sao bons , o quarto é grande, hotel bom porém necessita urgentemente resolver a questão dos colchões para ser considerada uma estadia excelente.

A qualidade do sono no Intecity sempre foi muito boa. A cama é macia e espaçosa, o ar-condicionado funciona muito bem e o chuveiro é excelente. A única coisa negativa é a TV. É uma vergonha um hotel desse nível ter esse sistema de entretenimento em pleno 2026. O hotel informa que já compraram as novas TVs, mas essa troca nos apartamentos está sendo muito demorada. Quem sofre é o cliente. Outra coisa: já e o segundo apartamento cujo cofre está desregulado: "abre" quando fecha e "fecha" quando abre. Isso é um tremendo risco, pois alguém pode acessar o conteúdo simplesmente mudando a senha. Por fim, já é a segunda estadia seguida que a camareira troca as toalhas do banheiro deixando uma faltando. Tenho que pedir na recepção. O café da manhã é bom, o staff é sensacional, mas falta opções como tapiocas e omeletes.

Eu havia pedido um quarto com Smart TV, já que passaria 7 dias hospedado. Eles me atenderam no segundo dia. Um quarto renovado. As novas TVs são ótimas, parecem ter 50". Nota 10. Cama queen muito confortável, o banheiro estava recém-reformado e o chuveiro é perfeito. Dois problemas: a cortina tinha trilho curto e não cobria bem a entrada da luz. Era preciso usar cadeiras para puxar as cortinas de cada lado. Outra coisa que achei curioso foi a altura do cabide do guarda-roupas: 2,15 metros de altura. Eu consegui pendurar minhas camisas, pois sou alto. Já a minha esposa não conseguiria. O cofre apresentou um defeito curioso: ele "abria" quando fechava e "fechava" quando abria... a inclusão da senha era complicada. O café-da-manhã merecia um cardápio adicional de tapiocas e omeletes... sou celíaco (intolerante a glúten) e passar 7 dias comendo pão de queijo é dureza... no mais, continua sendo o melhor hotel de Caxias.
O blackout era falho, mesmo usando cadeiras para prender as cortinas.
O armário tinha cabides muito altos.
2,14m de altura. Baixinhos não usarão.
A TV é sensacinoal.
