You’ll receive a 5% immediate payment discount if you pay in full immediately after booking and waive the free cancellation option. To do so, please enter “Buchung100” in the comment field. We will then deduct the 5% for you. If this rate has already been selected on the booking portal, no additional discount is available. The Residence Village resort is located on the Adriatic Sea, specifically in Cavallino-Treporti, and promises a wonderful family vacation on the Italian Riviera. Just a few kilometers from Jesolo, this resort delights guests with its magnificent location, right on a well-maintained sandy beach. Water lovers, active vacationers, and families with children will all find plenty to enjoy here. The extensive range of recreational activities and entertainment for all ages ensures a variety of fun-filled hours. In the evenings, the entertainment team provides fun with a variety of shows. A huge pool area with water features, slides, a spray park, and comfortable lounge chairs awaits sunseekers and water lovers. Of course, there are also mini water slides and a children’s pool. Art and culture are not neglected either, as the lagoon city of Venice is less than an hour’s drive away. Additionally, guests at this resort have access to a supermarket, a bazaar, bike rentals, a hair salon, a restaurant, an ice cream shop, a doctor, and coin-operated washers and dryers.
The comfortable Happy Relax mobile home accommodates 6 people (one of whom must be a child no taller than 150 cm or weighing no more than 60 kg). It is divided into one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed and a third pull-out bed. The sofa bed in the open-concept living and dining area provides additional sleeping space. The kitchenette features a refrigerator, a 4-burner gas stove, a sink, cutlery, dishes, a microwave, and an Italian espresso pot. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. The cozy, covered wooden deck with a table, chairs, two lounge chairs, and an electric grill is the perfect place to relax. Note: If you need more than one unit, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
CHECK-IN DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the check-in and check-out dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, you may of course check in the following day (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case as well, departure on the previous day is possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The gently sloping sandy beach is nestled just a few meters from the resort within the unique coastal landscape of the Cavallino area. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach. The 15-km-long beach is particularly well-suited for relaxing, playing, making friends, and sunbathing, while also providing the ideal backdrop for the sports activities suggested by the entertainment team. You’re also welcome to explore the beach from the water on a pedal boat (for a fee).
POOL
The centrally located pool area has something for everyone, young and old alike. A children’s pool with water games and slides, as well as a water playground and a spray park, are sure to delight children. Two large slides await adventure seekers. Two adult pools, one of which features hydromassage, round out the offerings. After a refreshing swim, enjoy relaxing on the lounge chairs by the pool and letting the sun dry you off. The lounge chairs are available for a small fee. Several lifeguards ensure your safety throughout the day.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
Relaxation for you and plenty of fun for your children. The resort features a beautifully designed children’s playground on the beach, a Mini Club (ages 4–8), and a Maxi Club (ages 9–12) for younger guests, who will enjoy unforgettable days with the experienced and trained entertainment team. In addition, the children’s pool by the main pool guarantees fun and safety and is perfect for swimming and splashing around. Your children can also participate in various tournaments and games, such as treasure hunts and arts-and-crafts activities. In the evening, the entertainment team ensures a wonderful end to the day with various dance and entertainment shows. If needed and depending on availability, a travel crib, a high chair, or a stroller can be rented on-site (must be reserved at the time of booking).
LEISURE AND SPORTS
You’ll be spoiled for choice, with sports, games, dance classes, and much more to choose from. Get active in various tournaments or simply enjoy some well-deserved relaxation on comfortable lounge chairs by the pool and a swim in the pool. You can take part in bike, catamaran, and sailboat excursions, or opt for windsurfing. Of course, you can also take a pedal boat out on the sea. Your children can also participate in various tournaments and games. In the evenings, cabaret and music provide plenty of fun and entertainment.
SHOPPING
At the supermarket, you’ll find fresh fruits and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, cheese, and other groceries. The resort also has a shop selling tobacco products, newspapers, and souvenirs.
MEALS
The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, pots, a stove, and a refrigerator, allowing you to cook for yourself. You’ll also find a supermarket with fresh groceries right in the resort. If you’d rather not cook while on vacation, you can enjoy traditional Italian specialties like pizza and pasta at the resort’s restaurant. The on-site ice cream shop also has you covered for dessert, where you can treat yourself and your family to a delicious ice cream.

SPECIAL INFORMATION
The tenant is responsible for final cleaning. Cleaning supplies such as brooms, mops, etc., are provided. The accommodations are inspected afterward to ensure they are clean. Any complaints will result in a charge of 50 euros. High chairs and travel cribs must be requested at the time of booking (for a fee as specified in the additional costs) or reported no later than 1 week before arrival (later requests cannot be guaranteed).

CITY AND SURROUNDINGS
Cavallino is certainly well-known not only for its large harbor (400 berths) as well as for its fantastic beach, which has been awarded the Blue Flag for the tenth consecutive year. In Cavallino, you’ll also find a variety of restaurants, bars, and ice cream shops that will treat you to Italian delicacies. Explore the stunning dunes, the various walking trails, or the sandy beach on foot or by bike. Not far from the Cavallino Treporti peninsula lies the city of art, Venice. Let a gondola ride put you in a romantic mood, stroll through the winding alleys, cross the Rialto Bridge, and visit St. Mark’s Square and the famous Doge’s Palace. Would you like to try your luck at gambling? Then we recommend a visit to the Venice casino. The “Aqualandia” water park—which is much more than a traditional water park—is a true island of fun organized into themed areas with 26 water attractions, including the world’s longest water slide, as well as above-water attractions, including Europe’s tallest bungee tower. You’ll find an amusement park for children and teens at “Jesolandia,” which is also located in Jesolo. Those who prefer a more relaxed atmosphere can visit Sealife, which is also in Jesolo. If you’d like to treat yourself to a refreshing drink after a long and action-packed day trip with your kids, Jesolo has plenty of nightspots that will make your evening magical. If you’re interested in harbors, boats, and fishing, Cavallino Treporti is exactly the right place for you! There are several small and large harbors here that are well-equipped and from which you can take boat tours in all directions. Whether on foot, by bike, or on the water, the landscape around the peninsula is beautiful and definitely worth exploring. Every Tuesday morning, there’s a great weekly market on Via Fausta in Cavallino. There, you’ll find everything your heart desires! From groceries to clothing—you can shop here in a wonderful atmosphere. Italy is known for its great food, and in Cavallino Treporti you can enjoy local specialties that come straight from the region! Fish, meat, and vegetables are grown or harvested by local farmers and transformed into delicious dishes by the restaurants in the area!
