Le Check in a durĂ© 1h30 (mĂȘme en faisant le Check in en ligne l attente est la mĂȘme : premier arrivĂ© premier servi!) Faute de choix avec la forte demande estivale, nous avons eu la malchance d‘atterrir dans le pire appartement au rdc Ă  l entrĂ©e du parking, le peu d air passant Ă©tant les gaz de voitures ! L emplacement Ă©tait en plus trĂšs bruyant avec le mouvement incessant des voitures Ă  toute heure du jour et de la nuit ! Appartement Ă  faible luminositĂ© dĂ©sagrĂ©able sans parler de la propretĂ© du rĂ©frigĂ©rateur... Nous avions le sentiment d ĂȘtre dans un trou Ă  rat et pas en vacances ! bref mauvaise expĂ©rience que nous ne renouvellerons jamais ....

TrĂšs déçue de cet appartement. TrĂšs peu d'Ă©quipements, une organisation plus que douteuse concernant la caution de 300€ (coordonnĂ©es bancaire inscrits sur un papier que tout le personnel peu voir si on a pas de chĂ©quier sur nous!!!) Aucun services de fourni!!

Aventures dans la Villa Barbera Ă  CavaliĂšre

Inconvénients: Une vue sur mer n'existe pas contrairement à notre demande Défaut de WLAN (par d'accÚs internet) TV était en panne (En dépit de notre demande de réparation, aucune réparation n'a pas été effectué Les prestations demandées à l'avance par courriel et téléfax n'ont pas été prises en compte. En effet à l'arrivé le parking et la vue sur mer demandée n'était pas disponible) Le bureau de la réception était fermé lors de notre arrivé à 16.00 heures. On a dû attendre une heure dans la voiture à l'extérieur pour pouvoir accéder dans la résidence. Lors de la journée de départ on a dû attendre jusqu'à 09.00 heures pour le contrÎle de l'état des lieux et pour le remboursement de la caution.

Funktional und solide

Das Hotel liegt etwa eine Viertelstunde zu Fuß vom Strand/Ortskern entfernt in ruhiger Lage. Das GelĂ€nde ist durch ein Tor mit Nummerncode nur den GĂ€sten zugĂ€nglich, am Anreisetag muss man daher davor warten, bis jemand herein- oder herauskommt, da es dort keine Klingel gibt. Man kann auf dem GelĂ€nde einen Parkplatz mieten, was recht teuer ist, rundherum kann man aber nirgendwo parken. Die Anlage ist ruhig und sauber. Es gibt Waschmaschinen und einen Trockner. Der Pool war von 9 bis 9 geöffnet, aber im Oktober gab es dort keine Liegen o.Ă€. mehr und er war auch nicht beheizt. Das BĂŒro war zu den angegebenen Zeiten nicht immer besetzt. Unser Apartment war zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet, die KĂŒche ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Heizung funktionierte gut. Die Einrichtung war allerdings betagt und teilweise nicht mehr ganz in Ordnung (kaputte Fliesen des Wohnraumbodens, wackelnder Tisch und StĂŒhle...). Die Betten sind im französischen Stil mit einem großen Laken+Überdecke ausgestattet, zusĂ€tzlich gibt es noch warme Decken. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern, welches recht groß war, so dass sich die Kinder auch drinnen gut bewegen konnten. GemĂŒtlich oder richtig schön war das Apartment nicht, aber in Ordnung. Erstaunt waren wir, dass wir zum Check-in eine Kaution zahlen sollten, am letzten Tag bekamen wir diese allerdings ohne Probleme zurĂŒck. Auch die Endreinigung ist sehr teuer, die aber auch selbst durchgefĂŒhrt werden kann. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden mit dem Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis, allerdings waren wir auch in der gĂŒnstigeren Nebensaison dort. Wenn man fĂŒr einen gĂŒnstigen Preis ein einfaches, aber zweckmĂ€ĂŸiges und sauberes Apartment sucht, ist man hier gut aufgehoben.
