Sehr sauberes und renoviertes Appartement, passend für Urlaub mit zwei Kindern. Dank Klimaanlage im Schlafgeschoss war die Sommerhitze gut aushaltbar. Schöner, großer Pool. Zum Meer ist es zu Fuß deutlich zu weit, die Anlage liegt außerdem auf einem Hügel, sodass der Rückweg vom Strand konstant bergauf ginge. Im Juli und August fährt ein kostenloser Shuttlebus ca alle 60-80min in Richtung Ortsmitte, mit dem Auto ist es jedoch praktischer zum Strand zu gelangen.

Charming apartment

Cavalaire-sur-Mer has beautiful beaches close to the apartment by car or bus. Nice and calm surroundings. Well furnished with love to detail, just minor maintenance issues. Good communication\handling (thank you Elodie). Quite steep staircase to bedrooms.

Propriétaires sérieux, bonne communication, le logement correspond au descriptif et nous avons bien été accueillis. L'appartement est très bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La vue sur la pinède est extrêmement appréciable. Il n y a quasiment pas de vis-à-vis, la résidence est calme et sécurisée. Une navette gratuite passe près la résidence, une trentaine de minutes à pieds du logement au port. Un Proxi et une boulangerie sont assez proches de la résidence. Les chambres sont côte- à- côte.

Schöne gut renovierte Wohnung aber unpräzises online inserat

Schöne gut renovierte Wohnung, leider fehlten Handtücher und Bettwäsche, was auch dem Online Inserat so nicht zu entnehmen war. Zudem ist eine Kaution zu hinterlegen, was im Online-Inserat auch nur versteckt zu erkennen war. Beides haben wir in dieser Form noch nie erlebt, obwohl wir schon sehr viel gereist sind und sehr viele Ferienwohnungen gebucht haben.

Très chouette appartement

Beau cadre, sécurisé. Appartement bien équipé, bien rénové et pratique. Juste un point d’attention : beaucoup de marches: du parking vers l’appartement, pour accéder à l’appartement, et dans l’appartement même. Nous avons trouvé que ça contribuait au charme mais pour des personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer, ça pourrait être gênant. Au final, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable.
