The first floor is composed of a carport (2 cars), a garage (2 cars) and a large laundry room.
Main level: kitchen open to dining and living area. Direct access to the covered terrace, the pergola, the swimming pool and the petanque court.
Level 2: 1 TV lounge area with private terrace, 1 master suite with 160X200 bed, bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, 1 bedroom with 160X200 bed with bathroom. 1 separate toilet.
Level 3: 1 bedroom with 160X200 bed and bathroom, 1 bedroom with 160X200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 180X200 beds. Bathroom and separate toilet.
