Single-story home, but with a small incline and 1 flight of stairs to access it.
- House with a living room opening onto the kitchen (and a small adjoining pantry), 3 bedrooms (including 1 with a shower room and toilet), 1 separate shower room, 1 separate toilet, and an outbuilding with 1 master suite and a separate toilet:
- In the house: 2 bedrooms for adults with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed and 1 children’s bedroom with a 90 cm x 190 cm bunk bed (maximum weight 55 kilos).
- Sheets and towels are provided.
- Please bring your own beach and/or pool towels.
- Reversible air conditioning
- Fully equipped kitchen (Oven - Microwave - Induction cooktop - Large refrigerator - Small freezer - Dishwasher - 8-kilo washing machine)
- Bedroom in the outbuilding for adults only (as it is separate from the house): 1 bed (180 cm x 200 cm), bathroom, and 1 separate toilet + separate hot water heater.
- The highlight of the house is its outdoor space, divided into several areas. In the south during the summer, life happens outdoors!!
Lower terraced garden (at the level of our house)
- For breakfast and lunch: the living room opens onto a shaded terrace—thanks to the wisteria, which is very leafy in summer—perfect for meals with its barbecue and plancha. Large table that comfortably seats 10.

- For mornings, evening drinks, or an afternoon nap: Large terrace with a summer lounge (seating for 8 people) overlooking the fully equipped pizza oven area with its bar.
- The pizza oven area leads to the 30 m² guest house with its master suite and separate restroom.
Upper terrace:
- For your afternoons: Above-ground pool with an outdoor seating area under a large olive tree if you’d like some shade, or lounge chairs in full sun for sunbathing.
- Small enclosed chicken coop for fresh eggs!! We’ll take advantage of your kindness by asking you to please change the water for our 4 chickens and refill the grain feeder!
Our garden is landscaped, and almost all of it is on an automatic sprinkler system for everyone’s convenience.
We only ask that you please water our three jasmine plants located along the wall of the house at the entrance.
Our housekeeper will come once a week to clean the kitchen, bathrooms, and toilet, as well as vacuum and mop the house.
For your convenience regarding the pool, a friend will come by to make sure everything is in order (water level, sand filter, pH, water clarity, etc.).
Check-out time, following the property inspection, is set for 11:00 a.m. at the latest to allow us to welcome new guests in the best possible conditions.
A security deposit of €2,000 will be required (check made out to the same name as the reservation). The deposit will be returned to you within 10 days via certified mail directly to your address.
