Stunning 180 m² contemporary villa with a beautiful ocean view, a large pool (12 m), and close to the beaches (beaches and local shops 800 m away, Cavalaire town center 1.6 km away). <br>The villa is equipped to accommodate 8 people and consists of:<br>on the first floor: a large open-concept living-dining-kitchen area (fully equipped) opening onto a terrace, a master suite with bathroom and separate toilet, and a guest restroom;<br>on the garden level: 3 bedrooms opening onto a terrace, 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet, laundry room;<br>beautiful pool area and landscaped garden.<br>Amenities: villa refurnished in 2021, air conditioning on the first floor, Wi-Fi, BBQ, ping-pong table, treadmill, two bicycles.<br>Ideal for enjoying a wonderful vacation by the pool, relaxing at the beach and in the port of Cavalaire, or exploring the region (near Saint-Tropez (17 km), Ramatuelle, and Gassin).<br>Additional end-of-stay cleaning fees (mandatory) of 250 euros and fees for sheet and towel rental (30 euros per person per stay) must be paid to the service provider at the time the keys are handed over.<br>We are available to answer any questions you may have; please feel free to contact us.

Nice house in a beautiful area

Perfect stay in Cavalaire

We had a wonderful stay in the house in Cavalaire. Everything is as shown on the pictures. Modern, bright and very clean. The large kitchen invited us to cook with the whole family. The view and the pool were perfect. Communication with the Host was quick and very friendly.

The home is very spacious and has a wonderful pool. The only improvement needed is the wifi. It is so slow! We also recommend the owner invest in better pillow and lighting in all bedrooms and bathrooms.
