ACCESS
Access to Villa Il Belcanto is via a driveway gate set amongst the vineyards, which surround the property and emphasise its authenticity. A short green driveway leads to the shared parking area with the adjacent agricultural winery. From here, an ancient private gate marks the exclusive entrance to the villa.
The property's garden borders, without fencing, the vineyards and olive groves maintained by a local agricultural company. Some areas – such as the cellars and agricultural warehouses – are reserved for staff and not accessible to guests, as clearly signalled on site.
It should also be noted that a fast-flowing bypass road passes nearby: the exterior of the villa is not completely isolated from traffic noise, although the house remains an oasis of relaxation amongst nature and comfort.
INTERIORS Comfort and style across three floors
GROUND FLOOR
From the main entrance you access a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and an internal dining area with a table for 14 people, accompanied by an antique dresser with porcelain and glassware.
The lounge opens onto a portico furnished with an external seating area, wooden table with benches and a barbecue zone with views over the garden.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, coffee machine, toaster and all the utensils necessary for cooking for large groups.
The ground floor is completed by a study with bookcase and a service toilet.

Going up the stairs you access the main sleeping area, consisting of:
1 double bedroom with television and private bathroom with shower
1 double bedroom with television, open bath overlooking the room and bathroom with shower
1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (two single beds), which share a complete bathroom with shower
Wardrobe with washing machine and tumble dryer.
SECOND FLOOR
On the top floor there is an elegant lounge with sofas, a long table and piano, perfect for relaxing in company.

All areas on the first and second floors are fully air-conditioned.
EXTERNAL SPACES – Relaxation amongst olive trees and vineyards
Outside, the villa is immersed in a private olive grove of approximately 2,000 m², carefully maintained by local agricultural staff.
The splendid private swimming pool of 12x6 metres is fenced to ensure safety and equipped with 12 sun loungers and parasols, offering maximum relaxation on summer days. The pool is open from 01.05 to 10.10.
