Not a fair view of this property, it had a boiler issue but the property manager was quick to offer another site with a view to the old matera. Although it was awkward to get to, it was within walking distance to the historical center, we walked everywhere, with a supermarket nearby

Péssima experiência. Escolhemos esta hospedagem com cerca de três meses de antecedência exclusivamente porque o anúncio oferecia uma autêntica cave em Matera. Somos do Brasil e incluímos a cidade em nosso roteiro justamente para viver essa experiência única. Ao chegarmos para o check-in, fomos surpreendidos com a informação de que nossa reserva havia sido alterada unilateralmente. Em vez da cave privativa que contratamos, fomos colocados em um quarto comum de um apartamento compartilhado, completamente diferente do que havia sido anunciado. O mais grave é que, durante nossa estadia, passamos em frente à cave originalmente reservada e ela estava ocupada por outros hóspedes, o que nos levou a acreditar que nossa acomodação foi destinada a terceiros. O anfitrião não buscou solucionar o problema. Em vez disso, tentou justificar a alteração criticando a própria cave anunciada, afirmando que o quarto comum seria uma opção melhor. Além disso, o Wi-Fi não estava funcionando e nenhuma providência foi tomada para resolver essa situação. Na prática, o anúncio foi extremamente enganoso e a oferta que motivou nossa contratação não foi cumprida. Não compramos apenas uma diária: compramos uma experiência específica, que simplesmente nos foi retirada no momento do check-in. Não recomendo esta hospedagem a quem realmente deseja viver a experiência de se hospedar em uma cave em Matera.
