Located 40 minutes from the beaches, 30 minutes from Bayonne, 45 minutes from Pau, and 1 hour and 30 minutes from the mountains, this 80 m² apartment was renovated in September 2021 and features 1 small bedroom on the first floor (with French doors) with a private bathroom and separate toilet, 2 large bedrooms upstairs (with skylights) sharing 1 bathroom and separate toilet. The living area is ideal for 4 people; the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, coffee maker (traditional), electric kettle, toaster, and pantry. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, fiber-optic internet, and has a separate entrance with its own private parking space. It’s ideal for two couples or a couple with children. There’s a large green space to relax in and where children can play. The donkeys will surely come to say hello through the fence.
Upon request, you can enjoy the 2 hectares of land (to be shared with our beloved donkeys).
As pet owners ourselves (2 donkeys, 2 dwarf goats, 4 cats, and 1 dog), we understand that some guests may wish to travel with a four-legged member of the family. However, to ensure the property is treated with respect, we limit guests to a single small-sized pet.
Parties are not allowed on the premises to maintain good relations with the neighbors.
