This rate includes:
-Utilities: electricity, water - gas for kitchen use
- weekly linen, initial and final cleaning
- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of € 1,500.00 and with the limitations provided).

The price does not include:
Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 80,00 per animal per week or part of week). Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
Tourism tax (where applicable).

Villa Corona is located a short distance from the white beaches of the Adriatic Sea (just 300 m away) and very close to the pedestrian centre of Cattolica. This prestigious, 3-storey home has a total area of 250 sq m and the recent renovation has incorporated many furnishing elements of the best quality and design. Every room is characterised by details of great taste and elegance. Outside as well, Villa Corona guarantees its guests an exceptional stay: the attractive sand-coloured tiled pool, designed by the architect Tonti, is surrounded by a lush, well-kept garden where, at night, a clever custom-designed lighting system creates a magical atmosphere, allowing guests to enjoy themselves outdoors as well.
Interior:
The villa develops on 3 floors. The main entrance on the raised floor leads directly into the living room divided into living area with fireplace and dining area. On the opposite side is the large kitchen. The main entrance also leads to the staircase up to the first floor, consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub and two bedrooms (one with two single, joinable, beds and one with a queensize bed) with a shared bathroom with shower. Internal stairs lead down to the basement with an open space with living, dining and kitchen, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower and a laundry.

Park:
The outdoor area, which covers about 250 sq m, comprises a beautiful well-kept garden surrounded by lush vegetation. At the back of the villa, near the kitchen, is a shady covered outdoor dining area, perfect for pleasant alfresco meals. Also in the garden are two medium-sized private parking areas.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
Careful architectural planning has permitted the insertion of an elegant swimming pool, well integrated with the surrounding areas. Of fair size, considering the outdoor space available, it measures 10 x 3 m with a constant depth of 1,30 m; access to the water is via internal brick steps. Lined in stone, it has salt purification, heating and internal and external lighting. The border around the pool and the sunbathing area are made of non-slip stoneware. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
