“Esedra" is a three-room apartment in a prestigious and very central building recently built where the "Dancing Esedra" once stood, next to Cattolica beach.
The apartment is equipped with every comfort and furnished with fine furniture.
At the entrance there is a large living room with kitchenette, the sleeping area is made up of two spacious bedrooms, one double and one single. The bathroom with shower is functional and spacious.
An added value of this apartment is the living room terrace equipped for outdoor dining on sunny days.
The apartment is also equipped with a large private garage.

complete supply for the kitchen, Rekiko coffee machine with welcome kit, unlimited use washing machine, iron with ironing board, hairdryer, Smart TV in the living room.
Available for information during your stay from 7am to 8pm.
