This is a great five-star hotel in the historic center of town. While the immediate environment outside appears a bit scruffy, the hotel itself is a great base from which to explore Catania. Its breakfast is excellent and its staff very helpful.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The staff always went out of their way to help. Gabriel and Angelo were especially helpful. Breakfast was great, with so many options. Nice, clean, and stylish hotel with a good location and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The only downsides were that the breakfast selection was quite limited, and there is no gym/fitness facility in the hotel. Other than that, it was a good stay overall.

Very comfortable stay in a quiet area approximately 6 minutes walk to the Piazza del Duomo in the city centre. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooftop bar is delightful. Breakfast is fairly standard continental style. The Elite room is a touch of luxury and is worth the slightly higher price tag. I’d highly recommend a stay at this hotel in the heart of Catania.
