I actually stayed at the 183 via Etrea apt because it has a lift. It is a very well appointed apt. On fri night it was very very loud outside with bands etc til after 1am. It was a little better sat and much better Sunday. The shop across the street has big tvs on its outside walls and they beam eerie green lights that go on the walls and ceilings of the bedroom. They need better window coverings to block this out. It’s very northern lights.

Lovely apartment, very clean and spacious, and it was lovely having a terrace to sit out on. The hotel staff were very friendly and communicative. The location was brilliant- central to everything, but on a quiet side street so not too noisy. Only issue was the stairs up to the kitchen area were creaky and a bit unstable.
