Disliked: Communication
Central to piazza del duomo, close to amenities, 20 minutes to Metro. Noisy neighbourhood, balcony full of pigeon excrement so not able to sit there. Linen for kitchen towels were lacking. Usually get 3 towels each but there was only 2 per person. All Beds were comfortable, the coffee maker had broken handle. The expresso maker was challenging. Kitchen chairs wobbly. Nobody met with us to explain how things work.
