Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good but the tables are too smal and uncomfortable. Also, a black toilet is a horrible choice for a hotel. Definitely not very hygienic! Location is fantastic!

It was in an art gallery! Four stories and a rooftop right in the heart of city center- steps to the main Piazzos and the fish market. Every one of the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and especially our bartender, Luna breakfast and the bar were on the second story balcony. Rooms amazing and decorated w/artwork and antiques. The bed was comfortable and large, bathroom and amenities luxurious.

Did a quick overnight at a very eclectic spot. Could double as an art museum in a very old mansion with newly renovated rooms. Close to a very busy part of the city with Restraunts and nightlife close by. Streets were packed with action a few blocks away but not close enough to bother us.

Wow!! This is an amazing hotel. It's more like a beautifully curated art gallery that you can stay in. Everywhere you turn, there are the most interesting things to look at. Really special and artistic hotel! Our room has a very high ceiling, overall clean and spacious. The staff speaks very good English, they are very helpful and friendly. There’s a lift to bring our luggages up. There’s also a nice rooftop area!

Wonderful Stay in an Art Gallery Setting

We had a fantastic stay. The hospitality was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was clear and helpful both before and during our trip. They went above and beyond by accommodating our very early check-in and helping us navigate the local area. The setting inside an art gallery made the experience truly special, and the price was very reasonable for the quality. I'd live there if we could. Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful and very cool art concept hotel. The staff was amazing and the location super convenient and close to all the things in Catania. We only stayed for one night and I do have to say the bed was rock hard and the pillows very thin. Also because it was a Saturday night there was a very loud party going on outside our window and we couldn’t sleep with all the noise. If we had been staying another night I would have asked to be moved to another room. But other then this we did really enjoy the hotel.

The concierge service at this hotel is impeccable. Hotel arranged airport transportation to the hotel in a matter of minutes after I made the request. Response was courteous and very informative. Taxi service was professional and cost us a reasonable $35 euros We arrived early in the morning from a long international flight. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Dani. She not only made the check in process very easy and convenient but also informed us that our room was ready much early than expected. Our luggage was carried to the room where the air conditioning was already on. Later on we met Armando who helped us with restaurant suggestions and gave us valuable tips and information. The following morning we had some issues with car rental and transportation to our next destination. Armando took the time to make all necessary calls and solve an issue that could have been very stressful without his assistance. The hotel is a work of art , an experience in itself. All shops , restaurants and the very colorful Catania fish market are only steps away. We are avid travelers and this experience reaffirms our belief that professional and personalized service is what makes a hotel exceptional.
