Great location and service

Great location, top service especially from the management team, really clean rooms and comfy beds, the actual building itself is very beautiful looking out on to the river, the images don’t do it justice.

We had a great stay. The staff were all quite helpful and very kind. Our room was beautiful and a perfect location, right near the center plaza in Castres. We felt so comfortable in the hotel we made full use of the amenities: afternoon drinks on the terrace, evening meal in the restaurant, and breakfast the next day. All excellent. I highly recommend the Grand Hotel.

Personnel adorable, chambre et salle de bain propre et agréable. Restaurant très bon, une solution entrée plat ou plat dessert pour le soir serait top car un repas 3 temps est un peu trop néanmoins délicieux !
