The House
Nestled among a private and exclusive olive grove, the house features a beautiful high wooden ceiling and consists of:
-Open-plan living room with kitchen
-Bedroom with a double bed
-Mezzanine with a single bed
-Bathroom
-Large covered veranda with outdoor dining table and barbecue
Located just a few minutes from Castiglione della Pescaia and the sea.

The Space
The cottage is located at the top of a hill, completely surrounded by centuries-old olive trees typical of the Tuscan countryside.
The entire olive grove is fenced, approximately 6,000 square metres in size, and for the exclusive use of our guests. Access is through an automatic gate.

The view from the house's veranda is truly beautiful, overlooking the Maremma countryside and the surrounding villages of Buriano, Vetulonia, Giuncarico, and others.

The entire property is private and exclusively for your use.

Pets and dogs are very welcome.

There are no neighbouring properties nearby. The peace and quiet, together with the sound of birdsong, are the only sounds you will hear.

The house is conveniently located close to the sea and Castiglione della Pescaia, approximately 10–15 minutes by car. With just a little more driving, you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches in the Maremma.

There are also several dog-friendly beaches (Bau Beaches) in the area, with the closest ones located in Castiglione della Pescaia.

Guest Access
The property is accessed through a convenient automatic gate, and your car can be parked right next to the house.

Other Things to Note
As required by local regulations, at check-in guests will be asked to pay the tourist tax, which is not included in the Airbnb price.
The tax is €1.40 per night per guest.
