Poggettino, exclusive villa overlooking the sea

Exclusive villa, completely renovated with modern furniture, on the most beautiful promontory of Castiglione della Pescaia, at the end of the beach before the town. The villa was once used as a guesthouse for the master villa. It is currently nestled in a grove of holm and oak trees, typically grown in the Mediterranean area, with a panoramic position overlooking the sea. From the villa, one dominates both the beach facing the town, and the northern beach from Riva del Sole to Rocchette. In order to enter the villa there is a driveway climb of about 200 meters, nestled in the woods and sheltered from the sun. There are 2 parking places located outside of the house for guests. In front of the entrance, there is a shaded veranda equipped with table and chairs. The living room is large and divided into a lounge area with sofa and chairs and a dining area with table and chairs for 6 people. The kitchen is small but fully equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, and fridge, from the kitchen there is also access to a second veranda covered and equipped for outdoor dining. There are 3 bedrooms, one double and two with two single beds, and two bathrooms. The bathrooms are both equipped with a stall shower and window. The real jewel of the villa is the outdoors where one can truly appreciate its dominante position with its breathtaking view of the sea and coastline, where privacy is guaranteed. It is possible to access the beach below by foot, and with a short walk, one can also reach the center of town via the bike path connecting Castiglione to Riva del Sole. There is a wifi connection available for guests.
