Detached house (sleeps 5+4) surrounded by a large, shaded garden, nestled within a very exclusive, centuries-old pine forest. The private beach is about 300 meters from the house (about a 10-minute walk). The house features two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, two bathrooms with showers (one of which is smaller and does not have a bidet), a living room, and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and Wi-Fi. The living room features a double sofa bed and a sofa with a chaise longue that also sleeps two (150 x 180). On the beach, there is a wooden sunshade with two sun loungers and two deck chairs, as well as a small cabana for changing and storing belongings.
