Villa Dolce is part of a beautiful complex of holiday homes consisting of two other pretty stone villas, each with its own private garden and swimming pool. Set on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, the three villas are dominated by the ancient Etruscan cities of Cortona and Castiglion del Lago. In a few minutes by car you can reach Arezzo, the medieval towns of Montepulciano, Pienza, Lucignano, Lake Trasimeno and Perugia. Just 4 km away is the village of Castiglion del Lago with its imposing castle, shops, restaurants and services of all kinds, from where also the bike path that allows you to do in complete tranquility around the Lake Trasimeno.
Independent villa with 6+2 sleeps.
Ground floor: nice porch furnished with table and chairs, living-dining room with kitchenette and fireplace, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, bedroom with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower suitable for disabled people and laundry area.
First floor: double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and small terrace.
The villa has a private swimming pool built in the large garden, equipped with table, chairs, umbrellas, barbecue and bicycles. The villa is furnished with care using high quality furniture and is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV and safe. For the guests of the three villas there is a large park, a cool forest equipped with tables and chairs, games for children and a ping-pong table.

Arrival: in the afternoon between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - Departure: in the morning between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.

Wi-Fi Internet access.
Bed linen and bathroom towels with weekly change.
One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 130.
Heating Euro 6 per m3 (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 10 each per day.
It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the charging stations located a few kilometers away.
If ordered in advance swimming towels can be hired on site on payment of Euro 3 each.

Methods of payment by bank transfer:
at the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a 30% deposit of the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 45 days before the beginning of the stay.

Cancellation policy:
-30% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 45 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 44th day and the day of arrival, and in case of No Show.
