Ein Kleinod

Wer hier ein steriles Luxusressort sucht ist. Dieser Ort hat Charakter und Charme, das Haus ist umgeben von Feldern. Es gibt keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn. Zu verschiedenen Tageszeiten hört (und sieht) man z.B. Fasane und Zwergohreulen. Nachts sieht man wunderbar die Sterne und die Ruhe ist sehr erholsam - wir kommen aus Berlin... Das ist einfach, aber sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und können es nur empfehlen. Darüber hinaus ist Daniela, die Vermieterin, ein Herzblatt.

Landleben mit großem Pool

Es ist ein altes hergerichtetes Bauernhaus mit einem wunderbaren Blick morgens auf den Sonnenaufgang und mit viel Platz, sogar drei Bädern. Durch die Lage mitten auf den Feldern muss man mit verschiedenen tierischen Mitbewohnern rechnen. Der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight! Der Bereich drum herum ist nicht gerade prickelnd aber super für Wasserratten. Mein Fazit: das Haus ist etwas für alle, für die Plantschen zur Hauptbeschäftigung zählt und die auch mal ein bisschen Landleben mitmachen können.

Erster Eindruck hat sich bestätigt

Das positive zuerst: D., welche uns in unserem Urlaub betreut hat, war sehr sehr nett. Das Haus selbst war in einem sehr sehr schmutzigen Zustand, überall Spinnweben, alles war klebrig. Das Grundstück war verwahrlost, wir fanden viel ... Unrat, Sitzplätze die nicht nutzbar waren. An der Poolumrandung sind viele Betonaufplatzungen, Handgroß... Der Pool war über Tage hinweg sehr grün, da die Firma nur einmal die Woche kommt. Der Müll stapelte sich vor dem Haus.  .

Urlaub in Umbrien

Vermieterin war super nett, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Totale Ruhe, herrlicher Pool mit angenehm erfrischenden und warmen Wasser, keine Nachbarn, eingezäunt mit unserem Hund war gut. Wir hatten sehr entspannte Ferien.

Zeit für Erholung, aber mit Tieren

Das Ferienhaus ist groß und bietet alles, was man braucht, sogar ne deutsche Kaffemasch. Es ist aber ein altes Bauernhaus, so dass naturgemäß Spinnen etc. auch da sind. Wer da empfindlich ist... Der Pool ist mega groß und mit Salz, statt Chlor, toll. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und möchte, dass man einen schönen Urlaub hat. Schwierig war die Anfahrt, der Weg ist so ausgefahren, niedrige Autos könnten aufsetzen und bei Regen kaum befahrbar

Vacanza perfetta

Abbiamo trascorso qui una meravigliosa settimana con i nostri due bambini ad agosto. La casa, molto spaziosa ed accogliente, è un’oasi di pace immersa nelle splendide campagne che circondano il lago Trasimeno. Al tempo stesso si trova a meno di 5 minuti dall’area commerciale di Castiglione del Lago. Rappresenta inoltre il punto di partenza ideale per visitare le più belle città d’arte dell’Umbria. La piscina (privata!) merita una menzione speciale, è stata apprezzatissima da tutti noi!

Schönes, ruhiges Haus, natürliche Umgebung

Wir waren mit unserem Sohn und unserer Tochter in diesem sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Haus für 1 Woche. Wir waren begeistert! Sauberer Pool, sehr schöner Garten und die Ruhe der Umgebung, die wirklich einmalig ist. Geschirr und Küche ok, Kühlschrank und einige Geräte eher alt, aber funktionsfähig.

Casa Nuvole

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist toll, der Garten sehr nett. Alles im Haus funktioniert einwandfrei, alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Die Gastgeberin ist aeusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei stärkerem Regen kann der Feldweg, der zum Haus führt u. U. zum Problem werden. Ansonsten super, jederzeit gerne wieder
