Beautiful location and a charming old house. Very well cleaned and tidy. Best of all, however, is the host couple who are unbelievably pleasant, warm and welcoming people - made the stay wonderful.

We loved our stay at Fattoria Ca' di Fattino! The space was charming, quiet, and picturesque. When you stay here, you are entering into the slow, down-to-earth pace of rural Tuscany. The owner and her staff were hospitable and kind, and we felt welcomed into this home. The location was excellent for day trips to Bologna and Florence. The breakfast was a great way to start each morning, and the restaurant just up the hill from the home was excellent and authentic. Fattoria Ca' di Fattino is a quaint, welcoming space that is a great way to experience daily life in a small Tuscan town.

This place is truly a hidden gem! The house is antique and beautifully maintained, full of charm and character. The hosts are lovely—so friendly and attentive—which made our stay even more special. Breakfast was complete and absolutely delicious. I only wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely be coming back!

The host Ti-ti is amazing. The home is in an incredible location. As the house is old, bring ear plugs for squeaky floor boards if you're on the middle level

The owners was so sweet and welcoming! And a beautiful area! Cozy restaurant just nearby where we had really good food. The comfort however was not up to standard: the double bed were very very soft and the actual duvets and linen was quite old and a bit smelly. The place was extremely noisy as well as one could literally hear the guests farting and sneezing upstairs as well as flushing the toilet. The breakfast was alright. Again the hostess was really really friendly and nice and we even got a farewell present upon check out. We would actually love to come back in the summer if the place just had better beds as the comfort of beds really mean a lot to us. As well as no noise.

We got double booked..

Double booked, but we weren't informed until we arrived after a long day of travelling with a baby. Not knowing and being lead on very small roads to alternative accommodation, was all in all not a satisfying solution. We did not have much choice, but to say yes, because we we're informed of the double booking upon arrival rather than 1-2 days in advance. The place we did end up staying was fine, but on very small roads, not suited for people with motion sickness. I am sure no bad intentions, but also sure this alternative service means it is not suited for bookings on a global travel provider. I can only encourage to solve these type of double booking before arrival, as it was for sure possible.
