This apartment is on the first floor. To reach the entrance you just need to go up a small external flight of stairs. It is a rather large apartment consisting of a living room/kitchen, where the original fireplace completely in stone and the "burning stoves" that were once used have been left; 2 large bedrooms (one double and one single) and a bathroom. Independent entrance.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking (pots, utensils, lids, etc.) and eating (plates, cutlery, glasses, etc.)
The fireplace is working and can be used freely by guests. Wood is available and is located outside the structure. It is a deliberately "rustic" apartment, typical of the Tuscan countryside, in fact we have not put armchairs or sofas inside.
A faithful reconstruction of the old "sink" has been made; we have kept its shape and we have put curtains in place of the doors (both above and below). The gas hob was also built in masonry trying to respect the style of the apartment and we also put (under it) the curtains instead of the doors.
There is no air conditioning because the large walls of the structure ensure a pleasantly and naturally cool temperature.
The structure is entirely surrounded by greenery, fields and woods, where you can take pleasant walks; in the large garden you can relax, read a book. In the evening the external lighting turns on automatically.
Outside the structure, at the guests' disposal there is a brazier and a charcoal barbecue (charcoal is available). There are tables (also covered) for eating and deckchairs for relaxing and maybe getting some sun.
The structure is surrounded by a large garden. From the farmhouse it is easy to reach, on foot or by bike, the Ermicciolo park where you can admire the sources of the Vivo and the hermitage of the Vivo.
There are many paths, marked and not, the ideal place for those who love being surrounded by nature.
To reach the property you need to travel a short stretch of dirt road.
The property is in a privileged position. A few kilometers from Vetta Monte Amiata, Bagni San Filippo and Bagni Vignoni. Not far from Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza and Siena. Less than two hours from the coast.
N.b.: For Hygienic Reasons We Do Not Provide Condiments (Oil, Salt, Etc.) or coffee and tea.

N.b.: the services that the apartment provides are well described. In particular, I would like to point out that there is a moka and there is no coffee machine with pods. The apartment is rustic. It is a rustic farmhouse.

N.b.: since the property is located in the open countryside, the presence of mosquitoes or other insects is possible. You can spot lizards or see swallows, butterflies or moths flying.

N.b.: the structure is not reached by fiber so, for the internet connection, we use the Eolo satellite dish (the connection is not ultra fast). Despite the use of repeaters, it may happen that on some days, especially due to the very thick walls of the structure, the wifi signal does not reach all the rooms of the apartment.

N.b.: the fireplace cannot be used to burn waste (inside the apartment there is a garbage bin and outside the bins for separate waste collection) or to cook (outside the barbecue and brazier are available to all guests).

N.b.: the road of about 250 meters that connects the s.p. 65 to the farmhouse is unpaved and therefore not asphalted.

N.b.: the tourist tax of 2 euros per day per person must be paid on site.
