We loved our stay at Hotel San Michele. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. The breakfast area has amazing views over the Tuscan countryside, and Castiglion Fiorentino is a beautiful town full of charm. We would definitely stay here again!

We chose this randomly from the internet description, and we could not be more pleased. You have breakfast in the morning on the terrace overlooking the Tuscan landscape. Cinzia is welcoming, friendly, and the breakfast is both tasty and fulfilling. Sonia and Marcello were also excellent hosts and very responsive when I had a few questions about local attractions. The location is perfect. You are in city centrale. At most, you are 10 minutes from any restaurant, bar, pastry shop, and any shops in Castliglion Fiorentino (C.F.). Try Silla's Bistro, Da Roggi, Le Logge, and many others. Make sure you stop by Gelateria Snoopy for some fantastic gelato. One note - you are about 25 minutes from the train station if arriving by train. Arrange ahead of time with Franco Menci, The Tuscan Chauffeur (search this for his WhatsApp number or email). If you have luggage, it would not be an easy walk.

Excellent in every way.

Our stay at San Michele al Castello was amazing. Sonya, Marcello were perfect hosts in every way from helping us find our way upon arrival to advising us about parking in Arezzo. The facility is charming and a perfect location for exploring Castiglion Fiorintino and close to great restaurants. The grounds are beautiful with fabulous gardens and lawns. We stayed in the tower room with its own beautiful private patio where we were we enjoyed wonderful breakfasts served to us by lovely staff. We had our dog with us and found them to be very pet friendly. She loved it too and didn't want to leave. We will definitely recommend San Michele al Castello to our friends and anticipate returning ourselves.
