Villa 'Casa 20' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Air Conditioning

The higher, the more beautiful the view

Casa 20 is located in the third row of the Villaggio Rocca Sant'Elmo on a hillside. A few steps and a short path through the maquis lead to the fine sandy dream beach. The view of the blue sea from the terrace and indoors is unbelievable. The dream bay with crystal-clear water is very close. Stairs and an idyllic path lead directly to the beach, where you can enjoy snorkeling and swimming. Casa Rocca Sant'Elmo 20 has a small, flat garden despite its hillside location, making it particularly suitable for small children. By the way: to the north and south of Sant'Elmo there are many more dream beaches - and in Costa Rei, just six kilometers away, there is a colourful weekly market for locals and holidaymakers on Thursdays and Saturdays.

Casa 20 is your vacation home in Sardinia if you...

... are looking for spacious vacation accommodation close to nature

... enjoy architecture that is in love with detail and typical of the country

... want a stylish vacation villa right by the sea

Vacation home very close to the sea

Casa 20 is the realization of the vision of Sardinian architect Vito Sonzogni - who has created a typical, spacious ensemble of vacation villas close to the beach with the Villaggio Rocca Sant'Elmo. In his award-winning houses, he uses natural materials such as Sardinian granite and wood in a sophisticated way. The light-flooded, sheltered and secluded patio harmoniously connects the two separate buildings with separate sleeping and living areas - and is a Mediterranean outdoor living space in complete privacy. A brick table with antique tiles, created by the architect, and comfortable loungers invite you to linger. Thanks to the exposed position of the house, the lovingly planted garden offers sweeping views of the sea.
