Villa Atena is located in vast grounds of cultivated land, fruit trees and olive groves. It is close to the Selinunte Archaeological Park, where you can admire ancient Greek temples.

Villa Atena consists of two levels and access to the grounds is via a large gate.
Entrance to the large, bright living room with dining area and kitchen (oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher) that overlooks the dining area with charming views onto the pretty garden. There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one with shower on the ground floor and one with bathtub on the first floor.

In the spacious garden there is a wonderful swimming pool (14m x 7 m , depth 1.2m - 2.5m) with sun lounges and umbrellas, a bathroom and two showers. There is also a covered patio with a barbecue and a table with the finest Sicilian majolica where guests can enjoy 'al fresco' dining. The garden is beautifully landscaped with typical Mediterranean shrubs, flowers, and palm trees.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The villa has a video surveillance system with two external cameras and two internal ones; the external cameras are directed towards the gate and the barbecue area; the internal ones are in use when the house is not inhabited in the summer - they are positioned in the direction of the two entrances of the villa.
- The water is rich in limestone and we recommend that for drinking purposes you are using bottled water only. The water at this property can be used for washing and cooking, but not drinking.
