Despite its tranquil seclusion, the vibrant heart of Siena is merely 20 -minute drive away, making it a convenient escape. On the other side, Florence with its airport is situated only 1h drive away. Another convenient airport is located in Rome and it takes 2 and a half hour-drive to reach the property.

The outdoor swimming pool is shared with 4 other neighboring owners, it is located only 2 minutes walk away from the property. The pool is peaceful and offers splendid views on the surrounding vineyards; you can enjoy it from June 15th till September 15th.

Perfect vacation in Tuscany

The villa is situated in an idyllic location of vineyards, olive groves and cypress trees. The farmhouse is spacious, well appointed, and provides plenty of privacy for us. The hostess is helpful., gracious and caring. A must visit. couples.

We were four adults with a toddler and had a wonderful stay here at the end of June. The house was clean and we felt very comfortable during our stay. We cooked quite a lot and the kitchen was well equipped, while our host also gave us a welcome basket which was appreciated. The pool was shared but we were the sole users for all but one of the pool trips, so that was a pleasant surprise. The gardens/outdoor areas were also very well kept, and the air conditioning was a relief during the heatwave. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much. Finally we loved the area with a town close by for groceries and a fairly short drive to Siena. It felt secluded without being overly remote, and the vineyards surrounding the house added a nice Tuscan touch.
