It is on a single level and consists of a living room with a sofa bed featuring a memory foam mattress, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, toaster, kettle with a selection of teas, and a moka pot for coffee. Two spacious double bedrooms (one with two single beds), another double bedroom with a king-size bed; a crib for infants is available upon request. An utility room with a washing machine and iron, a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries, and two balconies overlooking the vineyard, the medieval village, and Monte Amiata in the distance. The soft colors of the classic-modern decor will help you enjoy a completely relaxing stay.
You’ll have access to a garden of about 80 square meters with olive trees.
The gazebo can accommodate up to 6 people, where you can eat, have a barbecue, or enjoy a drink while taking in the beautiful view of the vineyard!

Außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattene Wohnung, extrem gute Lage. Modern ausgestattet. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Der Vermiter ust Somelier und gibt gerne Tipps zum Thema Wein. Der Ort San Gusme ist ein echtes Juwel - mitten in Weinbergen und Olivenhainen gelegen. Die Wohnung ist eine absolute Empfehlung. Siena, Florenz, Arezzo sind gut zu erreichen.
