Bueno

Un apartamento muy comodo esta cerca de la playa y de los supermercados, es muy tranquilo y agradable. Algo a destacar es que en las imagenes parece que sea un bajo con la terraza que se ven en las imagenes, pero no la terraza es comunitaria y no esta con el piso es totalmente aparte, nos volvimos locas buscando el piso ya que por las inagenes y la descripción parace un bajo o una casa de un piso, no un bloque de apartamentos. Por ultimo los vecinos son muy simpaticos y agradables.

Para unas vacaciones tranquilas

El apartamento está en un primero sin ascensor, pero las escaleras con muy fáciles, se puede guardar en coche a una zona privada que consta de una barbacoa, las vistas están bien dan para un canal, el piso cuenta con aire acondicionado en todas las instancias, las persianas son eléctricas y tienen todo el aparataje que se necesita para estar cómodo, la distancia andando hasta la playa son 25 minutos, pero es un paseo agradable. La limpieza es mejorable, se limpio con un trapo o fregona sucia.

Gezellig appartement

Het was een gezellig appartement dat aan het kanaal ligt, wel geen zon gericht op het terras. Spijtig geen verwarming in de badkamer. Met een baby op vakantie en dan moeten wassen in de badkamer dat is koud. Maar voor derest wel tevreden over het appartement. Bestek was wel niet proper achter gelaten.

Nous avons deux enfants et la laocation est très bien , nous avons apprécié la propreté et les lits faits à notre arrivée ainsi que les serviettes à disposition . Des moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres et la climatisation !!!

Nous avons été un peu refroidi à notre arrivée en constatant que la partie extérieure avec barbecue n était pas attente avec le logement . Il faut peut-être revoir le descriptif de la location .

Vacances à Empuriabrava

Logement très agréable avec une belle vue sur les canaux d'empuriabrava et la montagne. Logement propre, dans un immeuble calme. Empuriabrava est une ville très bien située qui permet de se déplacer facilement dans les villes voisines (cadaques, roses, l'estartit..). La plage est sympa et les habitants très accueillants. Nous avons passé un super séjour d'une semaine où nous avons pu mélanger visites et plage le tout accompagné de la chaleur et du soleil espagnol.

Disliked: Check-in, communication, location

Surfait

Attention à l'argument de la proximité des canaux car tout n'est pas super. La réception de l'appartement / Clés prises à l'agence aucun état des lieux faits à l'entrée. Nous avons eu une inondation de la cuisine car la tuyauterie ètait bouchée . L'agence nous a envoyé un dépanneur qui n'a quasiment rien fait car c'est nous qui avons épongé et le lendemain c'était de nouveau la même chose. L'équipement mise à part la literie désatreuse était satisfaisant
