A fourth bedroom on the upper floor is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm and benefits from its own shower and WC, with direct access to the terrace. An additional shower and WC is also available on the upper floor, serving the 2 double bedrooms. Throughout both floors, air conditioning and forced-air heating ensure year-round comfort.
