In die Jahre gekommen, Lage unschlagbar

zum 3. Mal in der Wohnung. Immer im März. In der Hauptsaison möchten wir nicht. Wissen um die Mängel: Sofa sollte dringend ersetzt werden, alles ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Spanien typisch nicht ganz sauber, wahrscheinlich sind wir auch immer die 1. Nehmen unsere Campingstühle mit hoch , um gut zu sitzen und machen es uns immer gemütlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt. 2027 ist gebucht

Soviel Licht wie geht

Die Wohnung ist das richtige für Leute welche das Licht suchen. Wunderbar hell, Rundumblick aufs Meer. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Gläse haben wir allerdings erst verspätet gefunden. Diese sind in der Küchenzeile im abgewendeten Schrank. ( ( an der Balkontür). Der Wohnkomplex ist in gutem Zustand. Die perfekte Wohnung für zwei Personen. Der abgetrennte Schlafbereich ist ohne Fenster, was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Deshalb nicht die volle Punktzahl.

Vue magnifique. Bien situé au bord de mer. Petit-déjeuner avec le lever de soleil. Belle décoration et appartement lumineux. Beaucoup de rangements. Dommage pour le canapé qui n'était pas confortable. Le sommier dans la chambre est egalement assez fragile.

Sehr schöner Blick vom Appartement auf das Meer, freundliche helle Wohnung, allerdings müssten das Geschirr, die Küchengeräte , die Fußleisten, die Dunstabzugshabe usw besser gereinigt werden. Ein Staubsauger fehlt auch.

Traumhaft!

Wir waren rundum begeistert von der Ferienwohnung. Alleine der Ausblick auf den Strand und das Meer ist großartig. Uns hat die Ausstattung und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung der Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Und die Lage wenige Meter vom Strand im Zentrum von Empuriabrava ist ideal, da alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Wir denken bereits über Workation in Strandnähe nach...

Potenzial für mehr....

Positiv: Wohnung inkl. Ausblick, Terrasse und Lage ist 1A. Negativ: Reinigung war mangelhaft. Zigarettenstummel, Flecken auf der Terrasse. Toilette war nur oberflächlich gereinigt ... Der Sichtschutz im Schlafzimmer ohne Funktion und Lamellen gebrochen. Die Arbeitsplatten sind so klebrig, da hilft wohl nur noch abschleifen. Wir haben diese mit vor Ort gekaufter Folie abgedeckt. Anmerkung: Trotz der Mängel haben noch einmal gebucht und hoffen mit unserem Feedback auf Besserung.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung, in einem gepflegten sauberen Haus. Sofas könnten mal erneuert werden, aber ansonsten alles top. Die Mitarbeiterin im Büro von Interhome war sehr nett. Kommunikation problemlos, Antwort auf Mails innerhalb kurzer Zeit. Wir sind rundum zufrieden.

Aber, die Sofas sind sehr unbequem, Arbeitsplatte klebt( nicht vernünftig behandelt), keine Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder, also Treppe hoch tragen, da Fahrstuhl zu klein. Fast alle Batterien leer ( Fernbedienung, Wanduhr...), wenige Sender empfangbar, Wlan blockierte Streaming....insgesamt 4 Sterne. Preis Leistung befriedigend bis ausreichend.

Idéal !

Location parfaite, idéalement située, vraiment jolie et bien meublée. La Clim est un vrai + ! La terrasse avec vue sur la mer est vraiment appréciable. Le seul petit hic est la fonctionnalité de la douche : elle est géniale mais la porte coulissante en verre fait passer l’eau et si l’eau est un peu stagnante dans la douche, elle passe sous la porte et inonde la salle de bain mais c’est un « détail ». Il manquerait peut-être du sel dans les épices et de l’huile pour pouvoir cuisiner !
