The property is distributed over two floors: on the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with Italian-style shower and washing machine. On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge, an independent toilet and an open living room with large screen TV and DTT decoder.



The house has 2 terraces with different orientations, one of them equipped with a barbecue and direct access to the mooring, offering spectacular views of the canal. In addition, it has reversible air conditioning throughout the house, fibre optic Wi-Fi, private parking and television with Netflix and Amazon Prime.

¡Una estancia increíble!

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en esta casa junto al canal. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sorprendió lo bien cuidada y acogedora que era la propiedad. La casa es espaciosa, limpia y cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para disfrutar de una estancia cómoda. La vista al canal es simplemente espectacular, ideal para disfrutar de una mañana tranquila tomando un café o una tarde relajante viendo el atardecer. El vecindario es muy tranquilo y seguro, perfecto para desconectar del ajetreo diario. Además, la casa está bien ubicada, cerca de tiendas y restaurantes, pero lo suficientemente apartada para disfrutar de la paz del agua. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y atentos, asegurándose de que no nos faltara nada durante nuestra estancia. Sin duda, volveremos a este maravilloso lugar. ¡Altamente recomendado para quienes busquen un escape relajante con un toque de naturaleza!
