To rent, this splendid house located in the Empuriabrava marina, the largest in Europe with 27 km of canals. With a surface area of 125 m² spread over 2 storeys, this accommodation is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and relaxation by the water.



On the ground floor, you will find a large living room opening onto a fully equipped American kitchen, while on the first floor there are 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a master suite with private bathroom. The house has air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection included.



Outside, enjoy a large covered terrace and a swimming pool with an outdoor shower, as well as a 10 m mooring directly in front of the house, ideal for accommodating your boat.



The house benefits from an ideal location: in the centre of Empuriabrava, just 500 m from a supermarket, 1,000 m from the sandy beach and the marina. The region offers numerous water sports activities such as sailing, surfing, kitesurfing or diving. The skydiving centre, wind tunnel and wave pool are also nearby.
