On the upper floor, the house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 elegant bathrooms with walk-in showers, as well as a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer for maximum comfort.



On the ground floor, you will find a high-end modern kitchen fully equipped (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, American-style fridge), opening onto a warm living room with a large television and access to major streaming platforms (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+…).



The house also offers two well-exposed terraces, one of which features a fixed barbecue and direct access to the canal and quay, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals and relaxing moments by the water.

Maison très bien située avec deux places de parking, trois grandes chambres et deux terrasses ainsi que deux salles de bain. La maison est parfaite pour 6 à 7 personnes. Seul petit point négatif, nous écoutons beaucoup les voisins à travers les murs notamment la nuit.
