SPA access is not included in the accommodation rate and is available all year round , exclusively upon request and advance reservation.
Each session lasts 90 minutes and must be booked at least one day in advance .
SPA rates:

€90 per session for up to 2 guests
+ €15 for each additional guest
Maximum 4 guests at the same time per session

During your reserved session, the SPA is exclusively available to your group.
Larger groups may request multiple sessions, subject to availability.

IMPORTANT BEFORE BOOKING
Tenuta Bibbiano – I Sodi is a genuine rural property completely surrounded by nature.
To reach the estate, guests must drive along an unpaved country road: approximately 2.6 km via Lilliano or approximately 5.3 km via Spedaletto .
The road surface may be less comfortable than a paved road, especially after rainfall.
As the property is fully immersed in the countryside, insects, small animals and other elements typical of the natural environment may occasionally be encountered, including within the property grounds.
This is an authentic aspect of life in the Tuscan countryside and an integral part of the experience.
If you are looking for nature, privacy, peace and unspoilt landscapes , Bibbiano is the ideal place. If you prefer the services and characteristics of an urban property, please take these aspects into consideration before booking.

City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 7 nights


Extra: SAUNA Consumption (upon request) from 01/10/2026 until 31/03/2027
According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
