The living and dining area is bright and comfortable, equipped with a flat screen television and air conditioning, and flows naturally into an open kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dedicated dining table for shared meals. The 1 double bedroom benefits from its own air conditioning unit, while the second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds measuring 80 cm each and is equally equipped with air conditioning.
