You will find 3 bathrooms with showers distributed throughout the property, perfect for busy mornings.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, juicer and all the utensils necessary to prepare your favourite dishes. Three televisions, one in each bedroom, will allow you to relax as you prefer.

Air conditioning throughout the building and central heating guarantee maximum comfort all year round. You can also enjoy radio, iron and alarm clock in every room.

Outside, the villa offers a dream experience with a private 4x8 metre swimming pool, surrounded by a beautiful garden equipped with garden furniture.
