The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system is turned on and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Trapani Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 10:00 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 30 from 10:00 PM to midnight

EUR 40 from midnight to 1:30 AM



Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM, even for an additional fee.



The accommodations are located in a quiet, green area between Scopello and Castellammare del Golfo, in the province of Trapani, famous worldwide for its sea stacks. The village of Scopello is about 7 km away, and near the property you’ll find the Tonnara, Guidaloca Bay, and the entrance to the Zingaro Nature Reserve.
