Doppel-Haushälfte

Schönes Haus, gutes Bett, schöne Terrasse, nette unproblematische Vermieter. Haus hatte alles was wir brauchten. Unsere direkten Nachbarn waren mit zwei Kindern dort, was aber kaum zu hören war.

Perfekt

Auf einer kleinen Anhöhe liegen in 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Ort Scopello entfernt die beiden Ferienwohnungen der Villa Elena. Bitte nehmt Taschenlampen mit, wenn ihr den Weg abends zu Fuß gehen wollt. Dort genießt man absulute Ruhe und den Meerblick von der Terrasse wie auf dem Foto zu sehen ist. Direkt neben der linken Haushälfte (Foto) beginnt ein Naturschutzgebiet. Vicenzo ist ein super freundlicher Vermieter. Professionell und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Villa Elena ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für die schönen Badebuchten in Scopello, einen Ausflug ins Naturschutzgebiet oder einen Tagesausflug nach Palermo. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Küchenutensilien, Karten der Umgebung und WLAN. Wir freuen uns schon heute auf den nächsten Urlaub dort und empfehlen dieses Quartier gern weiter. Très sympa

Très belle location dans cette confortable maison au calme. Le village est très sympa et le propriétaire est très accueillant, très serviable et disponible (et sa famille tient une très bonne boulangerie dans le village). De belles randonnées au sein de la réserve toute proche et de très jolis sites (naturels et antiques) proches. Je recommande vivement cette location.

vacanza in un posto meraviglioso!

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana a Villa Elena. L'alloggio è molto confortevole, ben tenuto e dotato di tutti i comfort. Bellissimo il porticato con una splendida vista sul mare e la caratteristica campagna del luogo, circondato da oleandri, ulivi ed altra vegetazione tipica. Si può raggiungere a piedi (5 minuti) il piccolo borgo di Scopello dove si può trovare tutto il necessario e soprattutto l'ottimo pane cunzato nel forno di Vincenzo. In pochi minuti di auto si possono raggiungere molte spiagge ed in particolare la Riserva dello Zingaro. Ringraziamo i proprietari Vincenzo ed Elena per la disponibilità e la cortesia.

Ruhig, schöne Aussicht, romantisch

Wir haben eine Woche lang die herrliche Aussicht und die Ruhe in der Villa Elena genossen. Die Haushälfte ist neu hergerichtet, alles ist sauber und von guter Qualität. Es ist alles da für einen schönen Urlaub. Liegesessel, Tisch, ev. Waschmaschine. Nur gab es wenig Ablagemöglichkeit in der Küche, was der sehr freundliche Vermieter aber verbessern wollte. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und persönlich in die Wohnung geführt. Immer wieder schaute er vorbei um nachzusehen ob alles passt. Es gibt nur 1 schönes Doppelbettzimmer. Die 2 Einzelbetten befinden sich auf einer Empore oberhalb der Küche/des Wohnraumes und nur über eine sehr steile Leiter erreichbar. Nicht für kleine Kinder/gehbehinderte Personen geeignet! Für empfindliche Schläfer: zur Nebenwohnung ist es etwas hellhörig. Gute Betten. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und ruhig. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen den Feldern. Wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer. Herrlich ruhig. Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb weniger Minuten im Dorf. Taschenlampe dringend empfohlen!! Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Scoppello sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder dort hinfahren und es auch unseren Freunden empfehlen!

Siamo stati a Villa Elena...

Siamo stati a Villa Elena per due settimane, un posto meraviglioso con un panorama fantastico e una pace fuori dai luoghi comuni. Qui per chi cerca il silenzio e la tranquillità è il posto ideale. La casa è nuova e vicina alle migliori spiagge della zona (La Riserva dello zingaro, la Tonnara, Erice, Segesta ecc.)Il proprietario Vincenzo è una persona gentilissima, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa è subito pronto a intervenire. Ringraziamo molto Vincenzo, la moglie e la mamma che da 45 anni fa il migliore pane Cunzatu, lo Sfingione e altri prodotti tipici Siciliani, nel suo famoso e storico forno di Scopello, tappa obbligatoria, complimenti per tutto, Sonia Mauro Sara Lisa.

Maison très confortable et agréable sur les hauteurs de Scopello, tranquillité absolue. La petite bourgade de Scopello dégageant un charme exceptionnel est le lieu de séjour idéal pour découvrir le parc naturel de Zingaro. Accueil très chaleureux de Vincenzo.

"Fantastisch verblijf hie...

"Fantastisch verblijf hier in Scopello. Het huisje, villa Elena, waar ik verblijf is gewoon de max. Het is er rustig en heeft een prachtig uitzicht, aan de achterkant de bergen en voor je de oceaan. En uitzonder op de regel, het is binnenin gezellig met bedden zoals in hotels, ik sliep er als een roos. De eigenaar Vinvenzo staat altijd klaar om je verblijf zo vlot mogelijk te laten verlopen. Het natuurreservaat Zingaro is prachtig, zalig wandelen en kleine strandjes waar je weg van de drukte kunt zwemmen. Over het dorp Scopello en zijn inwoners, ik zal ze verdomme missen. Het is allesinds niet de laatste keer dat ik hier geweest ben. Een aanrader op en top. Scopello en Zingaro are a must to be. It''s a place where you like to live, calme and beautfull and with the friendly people who leave here, it''s a top spot. Villa Elena where i stayed is just perfect, at the back you have the mountains and in front of you the sea. One thing is that inside is causy, so an evening at home doesn''t matter at al. "Semplicemente...il parad...

"Semplicemente...il paradiso. Villetta bellissima sulla collina di scopello. Casa nuovissima e arredata con cura. Un pesaggio incantevole da togliere il fiato, silenzio e tranquillità sono all''ordine del giorno. A rendere ancora più piacevole il ns soggiorno è stata la piccola volpe che tutte le sere veniva a farci visita...meraviglioso. Vincenzo, il propietario è una persona squisita e disponibilissima. Da provare il "pane cunzatu" e tutte le specialità locali del suo forno. Consigliamo il posto a chi ha voglia di trascorrere una vacanza alla scoperta della natura e della cultura. "La casa è veramente pano...

"La casa è veramente panoramica e fresca, con il mare di fronte e la riserva dello Zingaro al lato, un tuffo nella natura incontaminata. Il soggiorno è stato gradevolissimo. Scopello è strategica per visitare siti incantevoli come Erice, Segesta Mozia ecc. Il tutto è stato reso più gradevole dalla simpatia e disponibilità del Sig. Vincenzo."
