Excellent location, with a balcony right on the square overlooking a church. Right in the centre of this lovely village and a short stroll to the seafront. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We didn't get to have breakfast on the rooftop terrace, we were told that's only open in the summer.

Its simple but very nice. Its a great place in the center of the old town with all we have needed in a short walking distance. To the main beach it‘s a 30mins sunny walk. There is no bus or shuttle, but with the right and positive mood its easy. Breakfast is delicous - for us, it was often too early (8am-9am) - even for the kids. Grazie - was a pleasure staying at Ai Gradini for our vacation

Highly recommended place in Castellmare

Amazing service by Giuseppe! He was extremely friendly and welcoming. Made us laugh and helped us with super helpful tips. We really enjoyed the breakfast time thanks to him. Great location, in the heart of the city. Walking distance to many restaurants, the beach and parking spaces. Note! We went in the busy season so parking was hard to find, we needed to do many rounds and walk a bit. The view to the church from the balcony is beautiful.

Das Haus ist recht hĂŒbsch, aber man muss gut zu Fuß sein, um die sehr steilen Treppen hoch zu den Zimmern zu kommen. Die Zimmer selbst sind schön und sauber, der Balkon jedoch sehr klein. Ärgerlich war die sehr frĂŒhe Zeit fĂŒrs FrĂŒhstĂŒck (bis max. 9 Uhr), zumal sich das FrĂŒhstĂŒck auch absolut nicht gelohnt hat. Außerdem war die Dachterrasse außerhalb des FrĂŒhstĂŒcks abgeschlossen, so dass man abends nicht dort sitzen konnte. Parkmöglickeiten sind kostenpflichtig ein paar Straßen weiter vorhanden.

Vi havde fornÞjelsen af at bo pÄ Ai Gradidi i 7 dage, og det var en dejlig oplevelse fra start til slut. VÊrelset med 3 opredninger er utrolig komfortable, og den varme velkomst gjorde, at vi straks fÞlte os hjemme. Morgenmaden var dejlig og indtages pÄ stedets rooftop. Det perfekte sted for afslapning og forkÊlelse. Ai Gradini er placeret lige ved siden af en kirke, men der er stille og roligt og stort set ingen larm. Vi kan kun give vores varmeste anbefalinger og glÊder os allerede til nÊste besÞg! PÄ minus sden syntes vi at WiFi kunne vÊre noget bedre! VÊrten er i topklasse og personalet ligesÄ!

TyvĂ€rr hamnade vi precis ovanför restaurangen i nedre plan och upplevde det som rĂ€tt störande ljudmĂ€ssigt med mycket skrammel vid diskning etcetera, restaurangen stĂ€ngde först cirka 01.00. Även i trapphuset var det vĂ€ldigt lyhört. Överlag ett ok b&b, vĂ€rden var vĂ€ldigt trevlig och tillmötesgĂ„ende!

Et perfekt hotell i en perfekt ferieby!

Vi bodde fem netter hos Giuseppe pÄ Ai Gradini i Castellomare. Det var et fantastisk opphold og vi ville ikke dra derfra. Frokosten var god og serveres pÄ en flott takterasse. Giuseppe er der hver morgen og hilser deg god morgen. Beliggenheten er av de beste i byen. Kort vei til den fine bystranden, 2 minutter unna bÄthavnen med scooterleie, bÄtleie og fine restauranter. OgsÄ 100 meter til handlegaten med sÞte butikker og fine caféer og restauranter. Giuseppe er veldig hjelpsom og tilgjengelig hele tiden, vi fÞlte oss veldig velkommen og godt tatt vare pÄ. Skal vi tilbake til Sicilia skal vi til Castellomare og Giuseppe, uten tvil!

Una meravigliosa struttura dove la calorosa accoglienza, la gentilezza del personale, il servizio prenotazione e check in/out perfetto, la sobrietĂ  di un b&b ristrutturato ed innovativo in un contesto comunque storico e contenente richiami tradizionali, la rende unica nel suo genere. Da aggiungere una terrazza panoramica sovrastante splendida, una colazione compresa nel prezzo con ogni ben di dio e una posizione fantastica. Veramente non potevamo trovare di meglio.
