🏡 The Rosmarino apartment, arranged on a single level, measures 70 square meters and consists of a kitchen-living room, two spacious bedrooms, and a full bathroom; it also features a private entrance and a wooden porch with a sea view, furnished with a table and chairs for dining or relaxing outdoors; a reserved parking space and ample outdoor space.

The apartment is decorated in soft, muted tones, welcoming you into an elegant and bright space: the living room features a sofa, TV, dining table, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, range hood, electric oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, pots, and dishes. The two bedrooms are spacious and feature large windows: one bedroom is furnished with a double bed, nightstands, a dresser, and a walk-in closet; there is also the option to add a rollaway bed or a crib.
