Appartamento luminoso, con ampi spazi e arredamento moderno. Si vede che è stato rinnovato recentemente. Comodo anche il parcheggio.Sarebbe stato ancor più gradevole, ma - benchè non dipenda certo dalla proprietà - un vicino rumoroso (tra musica, TV e dialoghi a voce alta con la madre anziana) e un paio di cani dall'abbaiata facile e sonora hanno alterato un pò la quiete del posto.
