Catalan Masia in an ideal location, very quiet, surrounded by nature, ideal for children, with a beautiful view of typical Spanish village. Only 7 minutes with the author to the sea. Large terrace with dining table for 8 people, private garden with a small pool (3x5m). House kompett ausgestatttet (WiFi Internet and TV with international channels), Tastefully decorated, private parking. Prices seasonal.

Castell d'Aro is a historic and picturesque little village with a medieval church in the center. The village is under protection of UNESCO because of its typical Catalan structure and historic buildings.

Our cottage Can Sabrina has 4 large bedrooms, 2 ground floor and 2 on the first floor. There is also a bathroom with shower on each floor.

The house is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning and heating in all rooms, a large TV (we also receive all German programs), Wi-Fi Internet connection, a radio and CD player, etc.

Our villa has a private garden with a beautiful view over the there, a private pool (3x5m) and private parking.

There are many beautiful beaches nearby, the closest one is about 8 min away by car. In the small village of Castell d'Aro there is a supermarket, a bank, a Apothekte, a bakery and a butcher, very easy to get to the front door.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.

Ein wunderschöner Platz zum erholen

Das Ferienhaus liegt dicht bei einem mitteralterlichem Dorf circa 4 Kilometer vom Meer entfernt . Es ist sehr privat und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat einen kleinen Garten mit Pool und wunderschönen Blick. Es ist sehr ruhig und der Kontakt zur Hausverwaltung war angenehm und sehr unproblematisch. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe und das Haus hat einen eigenen privaten Parkplatz für maximal 2 kleine PKW. Wir haben unseren 4 wöchigen Urlaub im Haus und der besonders schönen Umgebung sehr genossen.

We stayed at this house f...

We stayed at this house for two weeks in September during our first-ever trip to Costa Brava. The house is comfortable and very spacious (we were 6 people + two kids). The cosy pool and the garden are great with beautiful views of the medieval village. The location is perfect, close enough to the beach (10 min) in a charming village. The hosts kept in touch with us during our stay to know if everything was all right.We would definitely stay there again!

"Une très jolie maison auxquelles les photos ne rendent pas suffisamment hommage à l'inverse de beaucoup d'annonces. Idéalement située sur une colline face au ravissant village de castell d'aro, à proximité des plages et de tous commerces. Jessica et son frère sont très sympas et aidants en cas de problèmes (piscine, santé etc.) Par ailleurs la maison est super bien équipée pour la cuisine! En vacances à deux familles avec enfants petits nous recommandons chaudement cette location!"
