This house is located in Les Marines del Port, one of the most exclusive areas of the Costa Brava, in the Platja d'Aro marina. The access road has an automatic bollard that restricts access to this area to non-residents, making this a very quiet and very safe area at all times.
It is a two-story house with a large terrace, connected to the living room on the lower floor, creating a great space for a peaceful vacation. This floor also houses the fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine and dryer.
The house has three bedrooms on the upper floor, separating the sleeping area from the lower floor. One of the bedrooms is a suite with an ensuite bathroom and a double bed, and there are two additional bedrooms with single beds. All of them have large closets, allowing for comfortable days out.
The house as a whole has 2 bathrooms and a toilet.
The best thing about the house, besides the communal area and its proximity to the beach, is the large terrace, equipped with an awning and outdoor furniture. This terrace overlooks a very quiet area, allowing you to enjoy summer evenings in a privileged setting.

If you take a pleasant, slightly longer walk to the south, you can reach the wonderful Sa Conca beach. This beach is located west of the Port d'Aro Marina, opposite the residential area of S'Agaró. The clear waters and the natural setting surrounded by pine trees make it one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Brava. It is 125 meters long and has an average width of about 40 meters. The sand is coarse and slopes considerably at the entrance to the sea.
Between the beach and Punta del Pinell, to the east, is the small cove of Oriços, which, unlike Sa Conca, has a rocky seabed. The two beaches are separated by a rock formation that juts out into the sea and is called the islet of Sa Conca. Behind the beach is the coastal path. If you head towards Sant Feliu de Guíxols, you'll pass through an area full of small coves until you reach the large beach of Sant Pol. Along the walk, you can see the beautiful church of the Virgen de la Esperanza and the garden city of S'Agaró.
