einfaches Häuschen

Sehr abgelegenes Häuschen, angegliedert an ein großes Bauernhaus. Leider keine Mückengitter oder Klimaanlage, sodass es im Sommer nachts sehr warm ist und die Mücken plagen. die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Eigentlich ist alles was man unbedingt braucht vorhanden, doch eben auch nicht mehr. Ausstattung und Geschirr sind aus den 70ern. Der Vermieter sagte uns gleich in den ersten 5 Minuten dass er lediglich das Verienhaus vermietet und mehr nicht!! Er war eher unfreundlich. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Toscana pur!!

Herrlich ruhig, genialer Ausblick, urige Unterkunft! Entspannung pur! Optimal für den Urlaub mit Hund! Ab und zu eine tolle Wanderung, Kultur in Florenz oder Arrezo, Essen gehen im Ort.... Und dann Entspannen im hauseigenen, herrlich erfrischenden Pool mit Liegen und Hängematten! Sehr nette Vermieter! Hauseigener Wein kann im Haus gekauft werden, köstlich!! Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!!

Een prachtige plek, met recht 'Belvedere'. Een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Een mooie uitvalsplek om steden zoals Firenze en Arezzo te bezoeken. Naast het prachtige uitzicht een mooi locatie en voorzieningen. Een aanrader

Trotz Corona! Zu Freunden...

Toskana pur! Wunderschönes Landgut (weitere Infos s. Bewertung Mai 17). Diesmal für Gelso entschieden, wollten etwas mehr Platz. Im Okt. war es etwas kühl, daher nutzten wir den Kamin entsprechend. Corona war hier kein Problem, das komplette Haus wurde desinfiziert, man roch es noch deutlich. Wegen Corona waren wir meist Wandern im Wald, Pratomagno ist ein perfekter Ort hierfür. Danke... ! Es war wieder wunderschön bei Euch und wir kommen wieder!

Wunderbare Sicht über das Valdarno, ein gastfreundlicher Besitzer und "Lets get cool in the Pool" – pure Toskana. Reisetipps: Natürlich Castelfranco di Sopra und die kleine Bäckerei in der Nähe des Turms, Pizza bei "Bude", Ausflügezum Pratomagno (Aufstieg zum Croce Rossa, 1600m), den Antikmarkt in Arrezzo am ersten Wochenende im Monat Schmuck in Florenz bei Falsi Gioielli in der Via de Ginori 34 R und ...

De woning is erg huislijk en heeft voldoende ruimte.

De woning is erg moeilijk te vinden, de navigatie kent de route niet van het laatste stuk. Gelukkig hadden we goed contact met de verhuurder en deze heeft ons opgehaald vanaf de hoofdweg. De verhuurders zijn erg aardige mensen en willen alles voor je doen(kleine taalbarriere). De woning is voor vijf personen voldoende ruim en is erg gezellig. De tuin en de directe omgeving van de woning zijn fantastisch, het zwembad en de tennisbaan hebben hun nut wel bewezen. Ook is het een zeer goede uitvalsbasis voor het ontdekken van de Toscane.

Séjour très agréable et reposant. Paysage paradisiaque a l arrivée dans le domaine ( au cœur de la montagne entouré de vignes et d oliviers. Cultivé, tres disponible , sympathique , parlant très bien le français, Vanny et ses amis sont d une extrême gentillesse . Nous recommandons cet endroit sans aucune moderation
