Near Palermo, Cefalu and Bagheria, it is located in the heart of a Quaint Village, near the Beach and immersed in a Subtropical Garden with a Mountain View. The town is 100 meters above sea level, so you will enjoy the fresh breeze from the sea and the clean air of the hills.

The house is located in the heart of Casteldaccia, within walking distance of basic shopping. At the same time, it offers a unique retreat in the paradise of its subtropical garden. Few, if any, other properties in town offer such a space. We are also located very close to highway access, allowing for easy travel throughout Sicily.

Casteldaccia is close to Bagheria, a larger town, where you can go shopping, and still enjoy the fresh air of the countryside.

Palermo, the capital of Sicily, is only 20 minutes away, with its history, culture and traditions, restaurants, museums, churches, and squares.

This beautiful architect-designed VILLA DELLE PALME, is the owner's holiday residence, and is ideal if you want to stay away from commercial properties. It is available year round.

In VILLA DELLE PALME, we offer two suites, each with its own advert here on VRBO: the Garden Suite (ID # 4887697) and the Terrace Suite (ID # 20187300). For larger groups, up to 15 guests, both suites can be combined through an internal doorway. You will be charged only for the number of guests in your party and will have the exclusive use of the suite you have rented. Please note: accommodation is based on double occupancy, therefore the number of bedrooms included in the reservation is related to number of guests.

Regardless of whether you choose the main Garden Suite or the smaller Terrace Suite, you will find custom-made beds which can be separated into single beds upon request; HIGH SPEED INTERNET; a WALL SAFE, should you wish to have extra protection for your jewels and valuables; 100% COTTON LINEN to insure the best comfort while you sleep; and MAPS and GUIDES of Sicily in English, providing a treasure of information for your explorations. At your your arrival you will also find a SUPPLY FOR YOUR BASIC NEEDS, such as one complimentary cold bottled water and essential kitchen spices like salt and sugar. WASHING MACHINE, soap, iron and iron board are also available at no charge. CENTRAL HEATING, at no charge, will make your winter stay comfortable. A/C is available at cost during the summer (meter readings ensure you only pay for actual use).

The GARDEN SUITE with its unique style and comfort has provided unforgettable accommodations for many guests in the past. It is exquisitely furnished with antiques and family heirlooms, along with more recent artistic interventions (in the form of ceramic tiles in the bathrooms and outdoor spaces). In the evening you can relax in the shade of the secluded subtropical garden. You will feel free to move in and out between the covered patio and the luscious garden and the intimate and comfortable living room and main kitchen.

This suite includes 4 bedrooms which accommodate up to 8 guests. When available, a fifth bedroom can be added to the suite, accommodating 3 additional guests for a total of 11 guests. The suite includes 3 full washrooms; living; dining; kitchen (with dishwasher!); a subtropical garden; fully furnished covered deck with exterior cooking, eating and barbecue facilities.

The TERRACE SUITE is located above the Garden Suite. It has independent exterior access through an external spiral staircase overlooking the subtropical garden. This section is perfectly sized for your romantic holiday. The fully furnished large decks (60 square meters) are covered with traditional logs and clay tiles, perfect for indulgent candlelight dinners while you relax by the breeze of the sea and enjoy the view of the mountains and the nearby town, after a day of sightseeing. You can then dream in the most comfortable custom-made beds and 100% cotton linen. You will enjoy the vaulted ceilings, the original oil paintings on the walls and the birds and cherries hand-painted on the new custom-made cabinets of the kitchen area.

The TERRACE SUITE includes 2 bedrooms to accommodate 4 guests. When available, an additional bedroom can be added, providing 3 additional beds for a total of 7 guests. This suite also provides 2 washrooms; living and dining room areas; fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher; and 2 furnished, covered decks. The larger, main deck is the highlight of this suite. It provides exterior cooking facilities (including barbeque), an exterior dining table.. even an exterior shower for bathing al-fresco. This main deck is essentially an outdoor extension of the inside space, providing eating and lounging areas with dramatic mountain views.

GARDEN SUITE and TERRACE SUITE can be interconnected, if both are available, and can be rented together to include up to 7 bedrooms and 5.5 washrooms, accommodating larger groups of up to 16 guests (with additional beds).
