Single-story house

This apartment in the center of Castel Bolognese is easily accessible, offers all the standard comforts of a home, and puts your family close to everything. Supermarkets, restaurants, various shops, and a library are all just a short walk away. The bus stop is within easy walking distance, and while the train station is a bit farther away, it’s still easily accessible. The apartment is located entirely on the first floor. The entrance opens into the living room with a kitchenette, which also features a single sofa bed. A large French door opens onto the front of the building, and a second French door opens onto the back, ensuring excellent ventilation. The hallway leads to the bathroom and the two bedrooms: one double and one single. All rooms have windows, including the bathroom. Please note that the apartment is smoke-free. We kindly ask you to respect the no-smoking policy indoors. Otherwise, we will be forced to charge you for the costs of special cleaning. Access is through the shared garden. A barrier-free path leads to the front door (3 cm threshold). The interior doors have recently been replaced with doors featuring lower handles to ensure full accessibility for people with disabilities. The day before check-in, you’ll receive a message with the combination to the safe containing the house keys. Italian law requires guest identification. We’ll verify this in person or via video call. This location is not permitted for parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or film shoots. You may not host guests for professional services (manicures/pedicures, makeup, hairstyling, etc.). We love animals, but out of respect for our guests—especially those with allergies—pets are not allowed. Please note that the home can accommodate 4 adults. Children under 12 years of age are also welcome, but I do not have cribs or additional beds. In furnished apartments for tourist use (short-term rentals), it is not permitted to offer breakfast service or other ancillary services such as midweek cleaning or linen changes.
