Fräscht hotel men usel service

Fint och fräscht hotell med bra städning varje dag, men tyvärr ingen restaurang eller frukost på hotellet. Servicen var under all kritik då det ALDRIG fanns personal i receptionen. Marina di Castagneto Carducci är fint men skulle inte rekommendera att bo här fler än 2-3 nätter då det är ganska litet, samt lite krångligt att ta sig därifrån då bussarna inte går så ofta.

Dans la nuit du 31 juillet à 23h15 nous étions en train de nous endormir dans notre chambre au premier étage quand soudain un bruit insistant de clé dans notre serrure de chambre accompagné d’une forte pression sur la porte nous a réveillé, j’ai fait un bon de mon lit et j’ai juste réussi à retenir la porte avec mon épaule et crier fort! Les deux voleurs ont fuit et j’ai couru après mais j’avais un temps de retard sur eux ils sont montés sur leur vélo est sont partis au loin ils étaient trois au total âgés entre 25 et 30 ans. Nous avons appelé la police pour prévenir de cette intrusion dans notre chambre ils ont pris notre nom et mon numéro de téléphone. Ils ne ce sont pas déplacés juste demandé s’il y avait des valeurs ou des objets volés. 20 minutes après les jeunes hommes ont repassé en vélo devant l’hôtel en nous montrant du doigt et en nous menaçant, nous avons donc décidé de nous enfermer dans notre chambre récupérant la clé qu’ils avaient utilisé qui était encore dans notre serrure Nous avons utilisé des meubles et une chaise pour mettre derrière notre porte pour nous protéger. La nuit a été longue nous n’avons pas fermé les yeux de la nuit et nous avions toujours le regard sur notre porte avec un grand souci qu’ils reviennent . Nous avons demandé un remboursement de la nuit mais malgré notre mail et Whtsapp le directeur M. NALETTO ne nous à jamais répondu . Je vous déconseille cette hôtel nous avons subit une agression terrible 😡

Alles bestens. Saubere Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick. Ruhige Umgebung mit schöne Strand. In der Nähe kann man auch gut essen. Nette Deutsch-sprechende Betreuung. Ich würde wieder gerne kommen.

Tutto perfetto ... Farei solo un po' più chiarezza sui servizi tipo piscina che in realtà non è del hotel ma ben si dello stabilimento di fronte e la spiaggia privata che in realtà e sempre lo stabilimento di fronte che non fa parte del hotel e i servizi sono a parte senza neanche nessuna convenzione. Per il resto tutto perfetto camera molto bella e tenuta benissimo.

Very pleasant stay!

Hotel is located close to the beach. We were happy to check in just shortly after 1 pm. The room could be more spacious, but everything was super clean & tidy & modern. Every room has a balcony which is a good bonus. The staff at reception were always nice and helpful. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Schönes Hotel in bester Standlage!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, aber modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich - vor allem der sehr sympathische Herr beim FrühstücksBuffet! Leider ist der Frühstücksraum im Keller ohne Fenster. Es gäbe aber die Möglichkeit das Frühstück mit auf die Zimmerterasse zu nehmen! Der Außenbereich ist noch nicht ganz fertig. Noch sieht es leider sehr kahl aus. Ich finde man könnte dafür in der Zwischenzeit zumindest das Unkraut auf am Sand entfernen. Aber wenn das Hotel eh neben einem öffentlichen Strand liegt, muss man ja nicht unbedingt da bleiben. Übrigens bekommt man über das Hotel eine Ermäßigung für Liegestühle und Schirm am Strand "Shangri-la" der über die Terasse des Hotels in 1min erreichbar ist!
